People wait in a housing office, among them Mr. Strobl. He had assigned an apartment by the Office. He comes to the new appartment and there is already a furniture truck in front of the house and its property will be assigned by a Deputy Assistant Under-Secretary. For the family Strobl start a new life by moving into the new apartment.
