Revolutionary traditions.
Every year in January, the working people of the GDR's capital Berlin take part in a demonstration held in memory of the murdered revolutionaries Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg. This film recalls the events of the November Revolution of 1918 in Germany and of the causes which led to its failure. It is described what conclusions were drawn and how these revolutionary traditions are cultivated today.
