Main title (replacement) (00.09). Shot of a river with industrial buildings on either
side (00.28). Camera pans right to a group of people (children?) at the side of the river, beside
an industrial building that appears to be abandoned (00.40). Cut to a street scene. A factory
building is to the left of the shot and to the right, a long road. Many people (men, women and
children - presumably workers) walk towards the camera. Most of the men wear caps, most of the
women have shawls pulled over their heads. The occasional smartly dressed man in a bowler hat
comes into shot (02.23 min). According to National Fairground Archive at the University of
Sheffield, it was exhibited in the local town hall.
