Teddy, Rüsselchen and Kunterbunt are facing a drought that lets all the flowers wither. In the land of the Matrjoschkas on the other hand, it keeps raining so they can't have their party.

So Teddy has an idea. He wants to pull away the clouds. As they can't do it on their own, the matrjoschkas come to help and even bring more toys from the USSR.
Together, they manage to change the weather in the toy world, the flowers flurish again and the Matrjoschkas can have their party.
