The first part of the "Through Agricultural World" series the aim of which was to promote life at village and work of the local inhabitants. The topic of the opening shots is spring and the way people enjoy it in various places of the world (such as Riviera, Prague). As for the rural scenes in the film, we can see sowing corn, planting potatoes, children's games, erecting a maypole, Easter at Carpathian Ruthenia. In the end, farmers are encouraged to deposit their savings with credit unions.
