Mitchell and Kenyon 357 Lytham Club Day 1902. Horse-drawn parade of decorated horse-drawn carts -
W.J. Hall Upholsterer, a man pulling cart carrying barrels, a boy pushing a cart, a carriage
representing the British Empire - carrying John Bull and a man dressed in pith helmet, Britannia
in a carriage with sign saying Peace tableaux Unity Crowd spills onto the road, raising and
doffing their hats to the camera (1.01). On the steps of the town hall(?) civic dignitaries make
speeches amongst throng of children. The carnival queen (a young girl) is crowned; waves and
cheers from the crowd (2.30mins).
