The manufacture of pottery is one of the traditional crafts practised in Lebanon. The film shows the making of a jug of simple shape by the potter Karim Muhammed Karim. The work is carried out in different stages: fetching the clay from a clay pit, modeling the jug, shaping the handle, the spout and the lid.
