Summer holiday on a naturist island. The small activities of the community are shown: a woman washes plates in the sea. Two other women go and draw water to distribute it to every little house, where it is used to clean the floor. The women also wash clothes. Then they can have fun. They play on the beach and on rocks by the sea. A big part of the film shows snorklers under the water. They try to swwim under their friends' legs. They also observe the fish. A man draws the landscape. Children build sandcastles on the beach. Finally, a group of people do yoga.
