Six Czech recruits experience various adventures in their barracks. Some of them find themselves in awkward situations, accused first by their wives, then for coming back late to the barracks. Since the soldiers always stick together, they manage to get away with it. When three of them leave military service, saying farewell brings much sadness and regret.
