A cattle dealer moves to a bar after work at the market. After one or two beers he follows a prostitute to her room. He shows two notes and gets a shot. As he gets closer to the woman, the door opens and a man enters to the music of Beethoven's 9th. The result is a crude but very amateurish brawl. The woman uses the distraction to pull all the money of the dealer out of his pocket. She stows everything in a nylon stocking. Then we see the cattle dealer sitting on the outdoor stairs. He goes to the next bar, sits down next to a woman and drinks again. He wants to invite the woman for a drink , but finds no money in his purse. Suddenly he seems to remember again and takes the nylon stocking with all the money out of his shirt. All the women around him, are stretching out their hands. How he came to the stocking is unclear.
It is quite possible that this film is supposed to be an allusion to the behavior of the cattle dealers in this region. Perhaps his cattle trading is as inexplicable.
