The male patient is introduced in a medium shot exposure. He shows stereotypic movements. Whenever a spatula is brought near his mouth, a simple oral automatic grasping response appears. Simple questions concerning the orientation in time and space are not answered. The patient does not even react. But a cigarett is taken immediately and lightended with the offered matches. The patient becomes more active. He gives the right answers to simple questions, and even is able to solve a simple mathematical problem. A slightly more difficult mathematical problem is not solved. In the same way he does not answer to the question about his former occupation. Then, he is asked to draw a simple figure and he does it. The problem to write a simple word is not solved properly. In the same way the patient is not able to identify objects.
