Main (replacement) title (00.08). A brass band leads columns of young children along a
street in front of a civic-looking building. The children walk slowly, and rather raggedly, along
- some waving union flags. They are marshalled energetically by a suited elderly man in a boater
and holding a cane, and a uniformed man with hat with a chin-strap. A large majority of the boys
wears flat caps and the girls a variety of headgear. Many children hold mugs. Adults watch the
procession lined up at the side of the street (2.30mins).
