The agricultural bank ("Kampelička") lends the ruined farmer money for new farmstead and he goes off to Prague to take part in a cooperative property course. A few years later he becomes the chairman of the agricultural bank "Kampelička". People start coming to put there their savings... The film is concluded with photographs of the "Kampelička" in various villages.
