Spies made up a plan: They bake a cake for a cake contest. Inside of it there is a micro film. The judge of the cake contest is a spy as well, he will choose the right cake as the winner and will send it to his government.

At the same time Dee is backing a cake for the same competition. Roger Ramjet goes with her and recognizes the spies. He wants to convict them but the spies are throwing cakes at him as he tries to approach. Dee sneaks to them from behind and overwhelms them. Dee wins the contest and everyone is happy.
