The expression "prána" is used by certain eastern philosophies to term the aggregate of all energies in universe. According to these theories people absorb this kind of energy from the air, food, etc., from where the energy is transferred to the nervous system. This energy contains negative and positive ions, which considerably affect the quality of people's lives. In the vicinity of the town of Vimperk a group of people is practicing hata yoga in the workshop organized by dr. Holuba. The aim of the exercises is to master the prána stream and to positively tune ones own organism - both physically and mentally. (The film was made in the 80ûs of the 20th century. It represents interesting evidence of alternative, officially not very much supported, activities developed in the socialist era.)
