This amateur movie from the 1940s documents the journeys of a German navy destroyer during World War II. The warship cruises the Baltic Sea and eventually ends up on the Norwegian coast where it goes down a fjord. While the ship is at sea the crew is being filmed doing their daily routine and during maneuvres. In Norway the marines enjoy the nice landscape and the snow.
