In an aquarium a pair of clown fishes (Amphiprion percula) cleans a horizontal stone adjacent to its actinia before spawning. This is done with the mouth while the fishes stand vertical above the stone. In between they glide over the selected patch for oviposition. Later spawning and fertilisation occur and are repeated several time. The eggs are touched with the mouth.
