Comic film. A man in love sings a serenade with three musicians to his beloved. The woman appears at the window, but a few pranksters throw a basinful of water on her from the floor above. The woman rushes upstairs, but the pranksters accuse the shoemakers on the last floor. The woman climbs up the stairs to the last floor where the shoemakers throw her from the window and she falls onto the neck of a double bass in the street.
