A film about five precocious streetkids. The film is set at Christrnastime 1992. Thirteen-year-old Claudia lets her mother know in no uncertain terms "that a child can do anything it wants".
After living in the streets for two years, thirteen-year-old Danny thinks Germany is a pile of shit. His mother doesn't seem to want to know where he is. Thirteen-year-old Jonas is convinced that a great life lies in store for hirn. He commutes between the street and his parents' home. His favourite activity is rioting in the street. Thirteen-year-old Daniela didn't want to leave horne but her father beat her, we meet her in a women's shelter. Thirteen-year-old David makes me, his father, experience what happens to streetkids and the pain they cause their parents.
