Herstellung von viralem Antigen in einem kontinuierlichen System. Tierische Zellen werden in einem Fermenter unter ständiger Zugabe von Nährmedium angezüchtet. Nachdem eine bestimmte Zellkonzentration erreicht ist, gelangt die Suspension in einen 2. Fermenter und wird dort mit Virus infiziert. In einer Tangentialfiltrationskaskade erfolgt in einer 1. Stufe die Abtrennung von Zellen und Zellresten; in einer 2. Stufe werden niedermolekulare Substanzen entfernt und die Virussuspension aufkonzentriert (Trick, Mikro- und Realaufnahmen).
