Children's obstacle race and crowds at sports day in Bradford. Replacement title (0.07)
Obstacle course laid out and crowds watching in background. Six young boys in white
knickerbockers and long black socks crawl towards camera through a tube each, then through a sack
open at both ends, then they run towards camera to a row of little wheel barrows. They put
potatoes (?) in the barrows and put a top hat on then run off to left of screen (0.49) View from
behind finish line of boys in top hats and barrows running to finish (0.57) Officials in bowler
hats and wearing rosettes and one man wearing a white coat stand facing camera then raise their
hats. They then turn their backs to camera and continue with business. Crowds in background at
edge of field, and church with tall spire behind them. (1.52) Crowds of well dressed boys and
girls sitting on wall waving at camera. Girls wearing hats and boys wearing flat caps (2.07)
Wider view of more crowds on a bank. Policeman stands in front. Some children run to the front,
