Anniversary of the Peace Cycling Race.
The Peace Cycling Race, the Worlds biggest amateur road cycling race, takes place every year. Täve Schur, one of the GDR's most popular sportsmen, was one of the first to establish the international reputation of this long-distance cycling race which was organized for the 30th time in 1977. The course links the cities Berlin, Prague and Warsaw.
