Devil in the Bottle



The old fairy-tale of the devil in the bottle has been transferred to a contemporary setting in this silhouette animation. The "Fat Swabian" releases the devil from the bottle for the promise of great wealth. The devil then begins to carry out his evil destructive deeds in the small town. The locals manage to catch the devil and confine him to the bottle again, only after the "Fat Swabian," who has meanwhile become estranged from his friends and fellow citizens due to his greed, stands against the devil together with his friend "Red Fox."
